Alex and Emma--Picnic preparations (day of Emma's Discharge)

Alex entered the Kitchen and gave Emma a comforting squeeze and then talked to the House-elves, asking them for certain food-items. This included sliced bread rolls, meat (ham, turkey, chicken), cheese (swiss, provolone, cheddar), lettuce, tomatoes, and other side items too, and Pumpkin juice and water. He nearly forgot dessert, though asked for a cake so as to not tip off Emma. He wanted to surprise her. Alex loaded all of this in a basket to carry it out with. He also loaded a blanket/sheet in the basket for them to sit on. Once ready he gave Emma a kiss on her cheek and said, "I think I have what we need...are you ready?," he asked sweetly.

"Yes. Thank you." she said taking his hand. Emma squeezed it gently once.

"Let's join the gorgeous day outside, because my Baby is back," said Alex with a smile as he held her hand in his right hand. His left hand held the basket. They then headed out the Kitchen's doorway and up towards the Castle exit.
