Sergei frowned. "My life is too valuable to lose in this foolish way...What do you want? I bet I could help you, I'm not a complete waste of space after all..." Sure, he would help her... until a better opportunity came up.

"What?" Emma muttered turning back to him. She was tired from running and so confused. She sat down and leaned her head against the tree. "My head hurts..." she muttered and as she lifted her hand to her blond hair she felt comething warm and sticky. When she brought her hand down she realised it was blood. "Not again!" 'What am I some national enemy?! I havnt dont anything in years...' she said thinking the last part. She leaned her head back against the tree and closed her eyes. "Thanks Alex... you saved my life." she whispered opening her eyes.

Elli whispered something in romainan to the dragon. It growled the hopped to the train, begining to tear at the metal with its teeth and claws. Elli watched as a few students escaped..and saw the charred remains of others
"Do tell me..how would you be useful?"
she asked, leaning on her good foot

(TO MAKE THIS CLEAR TO EVERYONE. The people who are being rped on here do NOT die unless you want you character to die in the fire..only those random students that flood the school to make it 'full' die unless, again, you want your character to die...the loss of students will be a great number..but not EVERYONE..this is what was intended =D hope it makes sense to you)

"For starters, I could fix your foot." He was thinking feverishly, trying to decide what to do. Better to give her what she wants at the moment. "And I can take orders, despite what some people think... Tell me what you want."

*Seeing Emma's bleeding head. "Here...let me help," said Alex as he crouched beside her and muttered the 'episkey' charm to heal her wounded head.

*Alex sat down, and realized that his back was wounded, though he didn't think it was bad at the moment.

*Giving a weak smile, as he was taking a breath, "you're my best friend since first-year, Em. I'd do anything for you." He gave a comforting squeeze of her hand. "We are quite far from the dragons, though do you think we should keep moving?," he asked, sitting against a rock.

Still on the train, Heather quickly grabbed Malfoy again and began to lead him through the people. She couldn't leave him there, she had to take him with him, just so she'd know he was okay and nothing happened to him. Yet something could happen to the both of them...
"Outta the way!" she spoke to random people, trying to get past to find any solution to get out from all this. To her left she heard a voice telling people that there was hole in the floor and the next minuet the voice was gone and people seemed to follow in that direction.
Heather pushed past a load of people with Malfoy heading back up into a compartment she pasted, not letting go of him as she dragged him around. "Thers no way..." she quietly said, starting to feel too warm from the fire and people.
"Don't move!" she demanded to Malfoy and got out her wand, brushed her forehead with the back of her hand. She indecated a spell and blew up a hole in the floor telling Malfoy to jump through quickly before the others pushed in. "Idiots" she said to them, mostly to herself and quickly jumped through the whole when Malfoy was out of the way.
"Oof," she landed, grabbing onto Malfoy as she did "Higher than I thought."

Sorry Tan (if you ever see this). Couldn't let Malfoy die! lmao))

"I dont need your help with my foot"
she snapped..but calmed
"How about this..Ill bring you to who I get my orders from..and he(or she..idk yet) will say if you are fit to be kept alive..but he(or she) will not hesitate to kill you on the spot"

"Thanks..." Emma smiled and leaned her head on his shoulder. "Lets rest now... we'll wa- What was that?!" she asked suddenly shooting up as she saw a blur that looked ALOT like a cheeta.

*Alex sits there resting as Emma lays her head on his shoulder. He blinks after he sees a blur. "That looks much like a cheetah? It was fast, and the color tones match that of a cat, though the habitat is completely opposite," said Alex confusedly.

"And who is it that you take orders from?" (I know you don't know yet, but Sergei has to ask.) Damn, he thought, I'll have to think of something when we get to her master... "You sure about the foot? It looks pretty painful..." His eyes were searching around, thinking of a way to escape. There was always his puma form, but he couldn't risk it being discovered.

Sh e urned her back to him, as if she heard something.

"What's wrong? Did you see something over there?" He asked. He approached Elli. Sergei wasn't just gonna run away like some coward with his tail between his legs... No...

"..nothing..must have been hearing the dragons.."
she muttered.

Flames rose into the air from the ground in a spiral not far from Elli and Sergei. THe dragons had already torn apart the train..killing any students who hadnt made it out intime. The shadown of a person could be seen in the flames..and when the flames died, the person could be seen clearly.
Ellis heart seemed to jump out of her chest.
"Im really sorry about this.."
she whispered quickly before taking hold of sergeis wrist and twisting it until it cracked. She dropped him to his knees with his hands held behind his back.

The man approached and Elli quickly looked down, her hair fallin gin her face like a curtain
"Why have you come?"
she said quietly

Sergei grunted when Elli grabbed his wrist. But he knew what to do. He didn't learn Martial Arts for 13 years in vain... He brought his other hand up around her head, and threw his weight forward. Being larger then Elli, he pulled her along, flipping her over his head. He scrambled up and grabbed his wand, wincing when he moved his wrist wrong. "Episkey," he whispered pointing his wand at his hand. He was ready to fight.

Elli landed with an 'umph!' on her back..ut sergei wa not the only one who knew how to fight muggle stly. She got off her back, still low to the ground, and swung her good foot out, sweeoing Sergeis legs out from under him.

Sergei felt his feet being swept, and dropped low to the ground, raising an arm for balance. He managed to stay up right, even though he was crouching. He rolled backwards and sprang up, wand poised. He didn't see that Elli had her wand out. Good. "Encarcerous!" He said. The ropes sprang out of his wand, flying at Elli.

Elli stood quickly, her wand already out. Sergei turned and cast the spell

"Avifors!"
the rope commping from his wand turned into small birds. "Avis!"
more birds flew from her wand. They all circled around sergeis, pecking and scratching at his face and clothes.

The person stalked forwardslowly, his strides graceful

"Sergei just stop!"
Elli yelled of the screeching of birds and dragons

"I'm not doing anything, you attacked me!" He held one arm over his head, shielding himself from the birds. "Finite Incantatem!" He said. The birds vanished. He stood breathing hard, wand held out, but did not cast another spell.

Elli held her wand pointed at sergei..but did not throw another attack either.
"I had my reasons!"
she said barely above a whisper. Her eyes shifted to the man approaching behind Sergei

He slowly walked to Elli. He was wearing a long dark cloke that covered his face. The girl was on the ground fighting off another human. Without saying another word he claped his hand and immidiately a strong wave thrown the two kids in deffered directions. He gestured for a dragon to take care of the boy, not kill him, just take care...He walked to Elli putting his foot on her throat, "What is the meaning of this?"

Elli's eyes widened
"I-its nothing..he saw me..had to deal with him..."
she said quietly

"Its probally an animagus..." Emma breathed. Her eyes darted around wanting to see the cheetah again.

You failed again, girl....*he pressed harder* Why does he still keep you alive is beyond my understanding. *he took his foot off of her throat* No one should have survived, NO ONE! You take care of the ones who escaped.
