In Character Chat 1

Elli walked in with a large book in her hands. She moved slowly, concentrating on her book. She sat down on a chair near a roaring fire and put her finger on the page.

*Walks in, and sits down on the couch. Begins to read a book that is a Muggle Brittanica Encyclopedia.

Elli looked up when she heard Alex walk in. She gave a warm smile and said
"Hello..I dont thinkk we have met."

*Walked in, without a book and sat down in the big armchair looking at two people in front of him.*

*Smiles, and walks over to her. "I don't believe I've had the pleasure of making your acquaintance. My name is Alex...Alexander Corvinus, and you my-dear must be a flower," he says as he bows before her.

Elli smiled with a small laugh and stood.
"Im Elli..Elliryanna Dawson"
she said with a curtsie(sp?)
"And its nice to meet you, Alex"

"Its nice to meet you, Elli," said Alex with a smile. Sits in a seat beside her. "Do you mind if I ask what you are reading?," he asked kindly.

"The old tales of Ancient times..written completly in runes. I love them..they hold such freedom that we no longer have"
She showed him the book, sitting back down

"That's amazing...especially that passage there," said Alex with a smile, handing Elli her book back. "Mine holds no water to yours. This is a Britannica Encyclopedia volume...a muggle book." *Shows her the book/tome.

*Chuckles*

"I love muggle books! Tey hold fairy tales..which do compare to the freedom of our books.."
She gave him back the book and pulled her legs up to her stomache as an animal came into the room
"Rafe!"
she smiled as the wolf walked up to her and sat down, issuing a small growl in Alex's direction

"Pretty wolf," said Alex with a smile. Once it came over, it growled in a protective fashion towards him. To try to break the ice with the furry-friend, "hey Rafe." Then tries to pat him gently on his furry-head.

Rafe sniffed his hand, then looked at Elli's calm position and moved his head the rest of the way to his hand. He was really friendly to those who were nice to Elli..but is pretty close to the devils dog when it comes to the others
Elli smiled at Rafe's approval and scratched behind his ears
"Good bye.."
She turned to Alex
"Im suprised you didnt call him a dog..most people do."

One scruffy dog you have there, Elli *smirked*

*Scratches him behind his right ear. "His appearance and style of snout helped me to decide. He's really sweet."

"You probably wouldnt want to see him on a bad day...it isnt pretty"
she smiled then returned her gaze to her book, her hand absently scratching Rafe's head as she read .

"I can imagine," said Alex nodding. He then begins to read some more. "Hopefully I'll see you around this year. I'm in Gryffindor...fourth year," he spoke with a smile.

Scorpius Malfoy wrote:

Elli stayed quiet, ignoring Scorpius, but rafe growled, letting out a loud bark...
I am NOT a dog yo u filthy wizard...he thought, annoyed

Elli spoke, still looking at her book though
"Ravenclaw, 4th year...and if you wan t to see me again, maybe you could meet with me next time we go to (forgot name of the place)"

If i were you, I would keep this thing *pointed at Rafe* out of school....Accidents may happen... *smirked*

"...and I'll make sure that this sweet animal isn't blamed for senseless accidents that are trying to frame him," said Alex with a nod.

*turned to Corvinus with a smug look on his face* Who said about framing?

"Accident implies that someone made a mistake or error...and I doubt that he'll be making the mistake," said Alex with a smile, scratching Rafe's ear.

We will see about that *he stood up and slowly walked to the door* See you around, Corvinus.
*turned to Elli* I wouldn't even dream about putting this thing into trouble. I am sure IT will do so without my help...And when IT does...

Elli looked up from her book with a calm look
"Rafe is very well trained. He wil not attack anything that he is not authorized(sp?) to attack without my permission...and he can tell the difference between the real me and a fake me..so there is no need for such a precaution as to not allow him on school grounds, Sorpuis."
she smiled too sweetly and returned to her book

"rest assured the HE will not. Goodbye, Scorpuis"
