Katy gave a small laugh
"Same..Think ill sit outside for a bit..un comfortable clothing....i dont know about you, but all dressy clothing always seems to be itchy!"

"I totally agree," Riley replied. "I think I'm going to sneak out while my match-making-ness is a success and I'm definitely going to get out of these dress clothes and get a breather or something..."

Katy looked up with a mischievous grin.
"Meet you outside in 15 minutes?"
she asked, her smile lingering

"Sure," Riley replied,s urprising himself slightly by saying that. He set down his drink and led the way to the Entrance hall so he could get to the Gryffindor Tower to get some sort of relief from the crowded-ness.

She followed behind him, happy to be leaving the crowded great hall.

Michael enjoyed dancing with Ashley. One song became two, became three...and he continued to move to what ever the beat/rhythm was, while twirling her every little bit. Ever since he was a child, he had enjoyed dancing. In mid song, Michael said, "you know...you look adorable while you twirl." He then smiled, as the song continued.

Andrew thought he saw Isabella over on the right side of the dancefloor. He stood up, and walked over. 'What do I say...um...I'll try to be calm...what if I freak?,' he thought to himself. Andrew walks over to Isabella, and asks, "hi Isabella...would...you...um...would you like...to...dance...What I mean to ask is would you like to dance?," he asked her, happy he got the sentence together in one phrase. Andrew then pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose. He was afraid of being turned down, though it is good to try to do this.

Bella grinned her face lighting up. "Hi Andy!"She grinned hugging him quickly. "Yeah I'll dance with you but no complaining if I trip."She said blushing a bit. Ugh why was she blushing again.

Andrew smiled, as she hugged him. He hugged her back, and then said, "don't worry. I haven't had much practice dancing, so hopefully I don't trip or step on your feet." His cheeks turned rosy. "You are...very...lovely, today," he adds with a smile. Andrew pushes his glasses up his bridge and then offers his hand to hers.

"Well if we fall then we'll fall together."She grinned at him as she attempted to make a feeble joke. She turned even redder at his comment. "But I'm wearing jeans and a hoodie."She said incredulously.

Andrew chuckled, and said as they walked onto the dance-floor, "agreed...that's true...though it doesn't...change my choice of who...I want to share a dance with." He smiled, and pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, with his free hand. Once on the dancefloor, he held one of her hands, and his other hand was at her side. He had read in books about how to dance, he could tell that this was a slow dance. He waited for Isabella to be ready to dance.

[I really dont know how to dance and I cant dance to save my life so sorry if my stuff is awful]

She grinned up at him. He was almost twice her height. (She was only 5'1). Bella didnt think that her face could get anymore pink. Apparently she could. Flushing she put her hand on his shoulder moving in rhythm with the beat.

Andrew could tell she was blushing, and hoped that it was normal for this to happen. He thought that Michael would know if this would be typical. Andrew began to dance, but bumped into a dancing couple, and then he said, "sorry about that," to the couple that he bumped into. His cheeks became rosy as he said to Isabella, "sometimes I can be a little clumsy." He gave a small chuckle.

"Lets hit the dancefloor first." Emma said with a smile. "I just need to put my purse down...."

Alex nodded and said, "let's go, when you are ready, Em." He followed Emily. Many students were already dancing, though the night was still young.

Ashley laughed. "Well... it's fun to do, so I guess I'll be looking adorable quite often tonight!"

Emma put her stuff down and took his hand following him on the dance floor. "Your a really sweet guy Alex."

"Thank you, Emma. You're a very sweet, Young-Lady," he said with a smile, as he walked with Emma to the dance-floor. He stopped in a vacant area of the dance-floor, ready to dance, as soon as she was ready.

Michael chuckled as she spoke. "Don't worry...I'll personally make sure that you quite often look adorable tonight." He twirled her before taking her hand in his to continue dancing the rhythm of the song.

((As you can tell... I can't log in Ash... so this looks really funny with the two boys dancing! ))

Ashley smiled. This was nice. At that moment she knew that things would be ok with them again. "And I appreciate that," she replied, chuckling.

Emma smiled but suddenly felt awkward standing there. She bit her lip. "Erm... you lead. The truth is... I havn;t really... well... danced much. I mean I've watched but... this is a first."

Michael smiled, and said, "if you like, you can twirl me?," he added as he lifted her up, and then brought her back down, so as to continue dancing.

Alex smiled, and said, "it will be alright. My Father taught my Brother and I," he added as he caught sight of Michael lifting Ashley. He chuckled to himself, and then offered his hand to Emily. "We'll keep it simple. I'll start out with moving back and forth, and then every once in a while, I'll toss in a twirl, where I'll twirl you before returning to normal dancing. There is other moves we can try later-on if you feel comfortable. I've always enjoyed dancing," he said with a smile, considering he was probably explaining too much.

Emma couldn't help but giggle. "Kay. I'll try." She followed him, moving pack and forth with his pace. "Your lucky your dad taught you. I'm probably gonna fall." she said jokingly.

Alex chuckled when she giggled. "I'm sure you'll be lovely, and hopefully you won't fall." He then moved back and forth. Alex twirled Emma one way, and then rotated her back the other way, before stopping her and gently holding her other hand.
